On the long winter evenings, guests can retire early to their spacious rooms and absorb the special ambience – free from the distractions of the internet. In the more essential “Hospitium” category rooms, contemplation, reflection and introspection are facilitated. With windows looking out on the historic village centre, the Finnish and Bio saunas help soothe the organism, while the adjacent rest-and-relaxation area (with its tea and fruit bar) enhances regeneration.
A selection of inspiring works of literature for guests to peruse in the reading corners or in the WineLounge library. The original veranda with its bistro or the WineLounge, are ideal venues for get-togethers. Wine tastings of local South Tyrolean and Trentino vintages are also regularly held here. On winter afternoons, Ingrid and Erwin also hold culinary demonstrations at the CERVO kitchen, such as how to bake traditional heart biscuits with spelt flour.
