Autumn in Val di Non Valley

The Fall in Val di Non Valley is all about Radicchio Tardivo. It is the noblest among the radicchio plants and has been cultivated and refined by local farmers since 1996. Our hiking guide Lorenz shows you the rural way of life in the Val di Non Valley, and in our CERVO restaurant you may enjoy slow-food dishes around Radicchio.
