The autumn festivities in the Val di Non Valley have a lot to do with the Radicchio Tardivo. The 8th Radicchio Days in the Val di Non are set to take place from mid-September to end-October in 2019. Everything revolves around this fine and bitter tasting salad and its culinary applications. After the early afternoon welcome aperitif, head to the hotel bio-sauna for some preliminary relaxation before tucking into a “Radicchio” gourmet dinner served with paired wines at the CERVO Restaurant. After a restful night, you can look forward to a sumptuous breakfast with a selection of organically-grown fresh foods and homecooked delicacies.
