At Zum Hirschen, you will receive the Südtirol Guest Pass for the entire duration of your stay. The card is valid from the day of arrival until the day of departure (inclusive) and offers the following benefits:

With this card, you can use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge:

• Regional trains (Brennero–Trento, Malles–San Candido)
• Local buses (urban, intercity, and city buses)
• Cable cars (Postal–Verano, Vilpiano–Meltina, Bolzano–Renon, Bolzano–Colle, Rio di Pusteria–Maranza)
• Renon tram and Mendola funicular
• PostBus Switzerland (Malles–Müstair)

Additionally, you receive one-time free entry to the Gampen Bunker Museum at the Gampen Pass, as well as discounted entry to Canyon Rio Sass and Parco Fluviale Novella in Val di Non.

From Merano - Maia Bassa train station, bus line 246 takes you directly to Unsere Liebe Frau im Walde for your mountain holiday. Check transport schedules here. Alternatively, we are happy to provide a shuttle service from Bolzano, Trento, or Merano train stations if the corresponding connection is unavailable.

• Dogs are allowed in specific rooms upon request. We kindly ask you to bring your own dog blanket. The cost is €20.00 per day (food not included). Please note that we reserve the right to charge for special cleaning of bedding or rooms if necessary.Your four-legged friends are welcome to join you on the veranda; however, they are not allowed in the restaurant.
