Safe travel in times of coronavirus.

Our peaceful mountain village offers the ideal retreat for your time-out and relaxation in its remoteness. In Val di Non Valley with extensive meadows, alpine pastures and endless forests there are numerous open spaces in the fresh air for activities as well as places of spirituality and loneliness.

Our Zum Hirschen Hotel and the CERVO Restaurant & Bistro with veranda and bar on the village square are open. As hosts, we welcome you with traditional warmth and familiarity and take care of you with professionalism, competence and quality of service during your stay in our hotel.

Additonaly to the mandatory directives, we offer you numerous services that make your vacation at Zum Hirschen Hotel safe, flexible and comfortable:

  • relaxed cancellation policy: for 2022, our general cancellation policy applies. However, in case of COVID19 related travel restrictions or illnesses, the reservation can be cancelled for free up to 48 hours before arrival. We still reccomend our cancellation insurance.
  • If you wish, you can check in online before your arrival and we will deposit the keys / chip cards for you.
  • If desired, housekeeping will be suspended during your stay; fresh towels are of course provided. 
  • Online checkout: on the evening before departure we send you the invoice to your email address and you pay at the reception with credit card or contactless.
  • Relaxation loungers are available at an extra wide distance on the sun terrace and in the enlarged garden.
  • We are foregoing buffets for now. All dishes are served in the restaurant or bistro in the veranda and in the garden as well as - on request - on the sun terrace or directly in the room.
  • The room service is free of charge.
  • We provide our guests regularly with up-to-date information on the relevant rules of conduct and hygiene.
  • The laundry is washed at 90 ° C. Decorative cushions, blankets, magazines, decorative materials etc. will be removed from the rooms and public areas until further notice.
  • Extension of the redemption period for vouchers to three years.

What if? We are prepared for this case too and keep a cool head. According to the recommendations from an official body, the following measures are taken:

  • The guest is asked to give telephone notification to the reception.
  • Diseased guests are isolated in the room and placed in quarantine.
  • Guests or employees who have had contact with the guest are isolated.
  • The doctor and the relevant authorities will be contacted by us.
  • In the event of unavoidable contact, the use of the highest safety and protective equipment is guaranteed.
